Fighter's Mentality

Despite such comments, a composed Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.

Paul instead attacked former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.

Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.

"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.

"I respect him for that."

Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's pugilistic talent.

"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.

Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.

He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.

The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and stated he would derail the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.

"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Paul said.
